Surely my success is clear to see as I am a man whose sole delight is in authority. With my high will my heart and mind are full, but what I will remains unfathomable. I whisper my intent in trusted ears - it’s done! The world’s amazed, and I stand second to none. But with the current system in place this won’t last infinitely.

I will address the citizenry. I will share my vision with the people of the State.
