The law has not been passed.

Time has passed and as a result of the laws passed the State is in great turmoil.

Why do things remain basically the same? And what has changed has changed for the worst. Come on fix this, put your mind to it. I dare not break my word. What is going on I don’t understand, how things have gotten so out of hand?
